About this Event

Next Generation Singlemode Applications in the Data Center

COURSE DESCRIPTION

It’s all about next generation singlemode applications in data centers and the need for designing with ultra-low loss cabling systems. Smart buildings, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, machine learning, telehealth, high-frequency trading, gaming, and others demand more bandwidth and higher speeds. This course seeks to address the reasons and benefits of the switch to single fiber cable when designing a data center. Also, the future developments that could be expected in this arena will be addressed.

This presentation was originally delivered as part of the April 2023 ICT Forum.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Gary Bernstein, RCDD, CDCD, Global Data Center Solutions Specialist - Siemon

Gary has over 25 years of industrial and extensive knowledge of Data Center infrastructure telecommunications and copper and fiber cabling infrastructure cabling systems.
