Membership Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)

The BICSI Membership Coordinator is the primary touch point for members and prospective members via telephone, email and face-to-face. Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions such as, but not limited to, data entry, maintaining and processing membership applications, membership renewals, payments, and invoicing. Advises members & non-members by promoting and cross-promoting all member services and BICSI products. Influences member acquisition by enrolling industry professionals and corporations with BICSI memberships. Retains and engages existing members, while cross-promoting BICSI products and services.

Customer Experience Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)

The BICSI Customer Experience Coordinator provides comprehensive, high-quality customer care to BICSI members, credential holders and ICT professionals via telephone, email and face-to-face. Serves as a one-stop resource by maintaining expert knowledge of all BICSI products and services. Advises customers by promoting and cross promoting all BICSI products and services, to include but not limited to, membership, credentials, conferences, publications, and classes. Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Events Brand Specialist

Serves as a member of an energetic, results-oriented Marketing Department. This position supports the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote BICSI's conferences and events. Responsible for managing the brand identity and messaging across all meetings and events and ensuring consistency with BICSI's overall brand. Works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute meetings and events product launch plans, promotions, and campaigns. Ensure the team meets the meetings and events customer needs and focuses on exposure, growing revenues, and maximizing the brand's financial performance. Forms of communication include but are not limited to sales/marketing collateral (brochures/flyers/mailers), articles, ad copy, website copy, broadcast emails, PowerPoints and forms/applications. Critical to this position is a high level of customer service, ability to work closely with other departments and multi-task, and a flexible work style.
