Corporate Membership FAQs

  • Any individual or organization interested in supporting BICSI’s objectives may become a member by submitting the appropriate application and paying the applicable dues. Members agree to follow BICSI’s Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and applicable rules and regulations.

  • Companies receive a set number of Individual Memberships based on their selected Corporate Membership level. Each Corporate Membership includes one Corporate Representative, and additional Individual Memberships may be purchased. Corporate Memberships apply to each office location and cannot be duplicated within the same office.

  • The Corporate Representative manages company benefits and serves as the primary point of contact. Employees must have an Individual Membership to receive member discounts. Complimentary benefits may be available to employees listed under the corporate account. Benefits cannot be mixed, matched, or transferred.

  • Benefits begin on the membership start date, renew annually, and must be used within the applicable membership year. Unused benefits do not carry over, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership Eligibility & Pricing

Corporate membership pricing is based on the physical location of the company. A company may purchase a membership for each office location but may not hold multiple memberships or modules within the same office.

Membership Management

The Corporate Representative or Primary Contact manages the corporate account, administers benefits, and submits account updates in writing to BICSI. Individual members who are not designated contacts do not have access to the corporate account.

Account & Program Information

The Corporate Buyer’s Guide is available at bicsi.org/cbg. BICSI reserves the right to update Corporate Membership rules and regulations as needed.
