Simplifying Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
Being able to get to the root cause of the problem as opposed to treating the symptom is key with any form of troubleshooting. This is especially relevant to Wi-Fi when you can’t always “see it,” and there are possibly many different parameters to consider. Even after comprehensive planning and a good quality deployment, problems with the Wi-Fi from a user's perspective will always occur. Troubleshooting these Wi-Fi issues doesn’t have to be complex or time-consuming to resolve.
This presentation addresses some of the newer Wi-Fi technology/standard changes, how you can understand the key RF/Wi-Fi problem areas and best practices to resolve them, and what you need to do this.

He has more than 15 years’ experience working with Wi-Fi related technologies and applications. This has involved designing, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting wired and Wi-Fi networks for a range of organizations across many technology fields.
