During these sessions, you will have an opportunity to create customized documents and templates to use for your ICT projects once the workshop is over.

  • Determine the appropriate estimation method for a project based on common factors such as experience, time, money, and available information.
  • Calculate labor costs based on direct and indirect costs associated with a project.
  • Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) to be used in the estimation process.
  • Estimate project costs using earned value management (EVM) formulas.
