What began more than 30 years ago as a simple act of generosity by BICSI member Ray Gendron grew into a dedicated charitable organization committed to helping others.

Through the generosity of BICSI members, volunteers, and industry supporters, more than $1.5 million has been donated to help children, families, students, and communities.

How You Can Support BICSI Cares

Every contribution helps expand the reach and impact of BICSI Cares.

  • The BICSI Cares Professional Development and Scholarship Fund supports future telecommunications professionals through education, training opportunities, scholarships, and industry engagement initiatives.

    The fund also helps support participation in programs such as the Women in BICSI Cabling Skills Challenge and other professional development opportunities.

  • The BICSI Cares Bear has become a symbol of generosity and community support across BICSI events.

    Proceeds help support charitable initiatives and fundraising efforts that benefit children and families in need.
