Customer Experience Coordinator
The BICSI Customer Experience Coordinator provides comprehensive, high-quality customer care to BICSI members, credential holders, and ICT professionals via telephone, email, and face-to-face. Serves as a one-stop resource by maintaining expert knowledge of all BICSI products and services. Advises customers by promoting and cross-promoting all BICSI products and services, including but not limited to membership, credentials, conferences, publications, and classes. Manager, Educational Programming
The Manager, Educational Programming oversees and executes the educational vision and strategy for BICSI’s two flagship conferences from inception to completion, working multiple years in advance on the assigned conference, and for other assigned events. To perform this job successfully, the manager must collaborate with senior leadership to ensure educational goals align with organizational objectives; must have knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; and must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The individual in this role is meticulous and must also possess excellent customer service and project management skills. The Educational Programming Manager works collaboratively with other Professional Development team members as well as Meeting Services team members, and crossdepartmentally to evolve and grow BICSI’s educational portfolio. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Professional Development.

Manager, Certification Quality & Accreditation
Reporting to the Vice President, Certification, the Certification Quality & Accreditation Manager is responsible for leading the Certification Body’s (CB) quality management, accreditation maintenance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement activities. This position provides independent quality oversight while supporting compliance with ISO/IEC 17024 accreditation requirements and ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and continual improvement of certification programs and processes. The role oversees accreditation evidence management, internal quality reviews, corrective action tracking, document control, impartiality monitoring, management review support, and program integrity activities. The Certification Quality & Accreditation Manager maintains sufficient independence from routine certification operations to objectively assess processes, identify risks and quality concerns, recommend improvements, and support ongoing accreditation readiness. The Manager also collaborates closely with the Director of Certification Programs & Operations to support audit readiness, corrective actions, internal quality reviews, accreditation evidence collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
