Women in BICSI is a community initiative dedicated to supporting and celebrating the contributions of women across the telecommunications profession. Through networking opportunities, professional development, industry recognition, and outreach, the initiative fosters meaningful connections and encourages continued growth within the BICSI community.

Throughout the year, Women in BICSI highlights accomplishments, creates opportunities for engagement, and helps strengthen a more connected and inclusive telecommunications workforce.

An annual networking event featuring inspiring keynote speakers, industry insights, and opportunities to connect with professionals from across the telecommunications community.

A recurring feature in the BICSI Brief that shares stories, perspectives, and achievements from women across the profession.
Community Engagement

Stay connected through Women in BICSI communications, events, and social media as new opportunities and resources become available.

Women in BICSI Cabling Skills Challenge Grant

Through BICSI Cares, this grant helps offset travel costs for a female competitor participating in the BICSI Cabling Skills Challenge at BICSI Winter. Support the program through donations or apply when grant opportunities are available.
