Navy COOL Program – BICSI

Navy COOL Program is offered at BICSI. If you are active duty, a veteran, or a reservist in the U.S. Navy, you may qualify for payment assistance through the Navy's Credentialing Program Office/Navy COOL. Many ratings, jobs, and occupations are eligible for funding of BICSI Certifications. If you qualify, Navy COOL will pay for the BICSI Certification application and exam fees. COOL is not authorized to pay for any training or training materials.
