The 2014 BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition will be held February 2-6, 2014 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida. We invite you to become a presenter at the conference and share your experiences and knowledge.

The 2014 BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition

BICSI invites members and nonmembers to contribute to the future of the information technology systems (ITS) industry by submitting proposals for presentations at the 2014 Winter Conference & Exhibition. BICSI is seeking proposals for presentations, including panel discussions, lectures, case studies and hands-on sessions focused on innovative approaches that attendees can use immediately in their daily activities within the ITS industry.

This is your opportunity to help shape the conference program and provide valuable insight for conference participants. The Winter Conference & Exhibition brings together ITS professionals, exhibiting companies and industry media. Please use the online application to indicate your interest in presenting at this BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition. The deadline for submitting the presentation proposal is September 27, 2013. If your presentation is selected in our initial review, you will be contacted to provide additional information and a copy of your presentation.

Presentation content should be vendor-neutral and focused on relevant, best practices that cover existing and emerging topics in the design, installation and maintenance of ITS systems.

Requirements for Accepted Presentations

If your presentation is accepted, please follow these guidelines: 

  • The PowerPoint presentation to be used at the conference must be delivered to BICSI by January 3, 2014. The PowerPoint presentation will be placed on the BICSI website.
  • Grant unrestricted permission to the Conference Committee to record, duplicate and distribute copies of the presentation.
  • The conference registration fee is waived if your presentation is accepted.
