From a vendor neutral standpoint, students learn about the software, hardware, and methodologies that are used to seamlessly get the remote user onto an organization’s local area network. Finally, relevant standards pertinent to the topic are covered.
Topics include: Remote Access Components: Remote Stations, Remote Station Software, Remote Servers, Remote Access Operations: Dial-Up remote access, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Remote Access Standards.
