Important: You will not need to select your concurrent sessions at the time you register.
Pre-conference Masterclasses will be available to add to your registration in early June.
Registration for the 2020 BICSI Fall Conference includes all conference materials, admittance to conference sessions (general and concurrent) and exhibitions and receptions. Those who attend in person will be treated to lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday.
The registration fee does not include admittance to Pre-Conference Masterclasses.
Single-day Exhibit Hall Visitor Passes: Single-day Exhibit Hall Visitor passes for the evening exhibitions and receptions on Monday and Tuesday are also available for purchase on site at the Exhibit Hall Visitor Registration desk. A one-day visitor pass is $100. Visitor Registration MUST be done on site at the Visitor Registration desk. We are also planning to have a virtual option as well for the same price. These passes are also good for Wednesday as well – they are not just for when the receptions are going on.
Anyone attending in person may register an unlimited number of guests at $75 each. Guests of in-person attendees may include a spouse, significant other, family member or friend NOT in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. There will be no guests registrations available for the virtual registrants. Registered guests may attend Exhibit Hall functions on Monday and Tuesday, as well as enjoy breakfast and activities in the Guest Hospitality Lounge.
