A Message From The Venetian Resort
•FACE MASKS – All visitors and Team Members are currently required to wear face masks while at the resort, in adherence to state regulations. Complimentary face masks are available to our guests at Front Desks, Grazie Desks, and Concierge Desks.
•TEAM MEMBER TESTING & VACCINATION – The Venetian Resort is committed to encouraging Team Members to be vaccinated as quickly as possible. This includes providing educational information and offering incentives and on site vaccinations. All Team Members who have shown proof of vaccination are issued a “V” sticker to affix to their name badge. Those Team Members who have not yet completed their vaccination must be tested for COVID-19 weekly. Upon arrival to work, daily temperature checks are performed on Team Members. Groups who have required their attendees to be vaccinated can also request that their group functions within the meeting space only be serviced by fully vaccinated Team Members.
•VISITOR TESTING – COVID-19 PCR Testing is available on site at REVIV in Grand Canal Shoppes.
•CLEANING & SANITIZATION – We have increased the frequency of routine cleaning in public spaces and heart-of-house back areas, and revised our cleaning protocols for guest suites and meeting rooms. Throughout the resort and convention center, hundreds of individual sanitization stations which include hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes are available.
•AIR QUALITY – The HVAC air conditioning systems at The Venetian Resort, including the convention center and expo, have been adjusted to circulate up to 100 percent outside fresh air. This allows these systems to operate at maximum ventilation and maximum exhaust, increasing ambient air quality while lessening the amount of air that is recirculated. In addition, specific areas use HEPA and MERV-15 air filtration systems to supplement the use of fresh air. Guest suites within the three resort towers feature air conditioning systems that are independent of one another, which means they do not recirculate air directly from suite to suite within the HVAC system. Each suite receives fresh outside air and has its own exhaust.
•SAFETY AND SECURITY – A team of security officers and certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) are on-site, with service available 24 hours a day.
