DC102: Applied Data Center Design and Best Practices: In this course you will be introduced to various data center infrastructure systems. In addition, you will have an opportunity to apply what you have learned by engaging in case studies, discussions and real-world scenarios, as well as gain practical application in ICT data center design best practices.
OSP102: Applied Outside Plant Design: This course is designed to provide application-based knowledge of all aspects of the Outside Plant (OSP) installation process. During this course, students will apply what they have learned through a series of design exercises such as route design, selecting cables to be housed in the pathways and spaces, identifying splice configurations based on proposed route, planning new OSP cable plant and developing a preliminary budget for the project.
