If cancellation of your Winter Conference registration is necessary, you must send written notice (e-mail is acceptable) to the BICSI Meeting Services department at firstname.lastname@example.org We understand this is a time of uncertainty. In an effort to allow you flexibility in your planning, any registration cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, 15 January 2021 to avoid a $99 cancellation fee. Confirmed Winter Conference registrants who do not attend or who cancel after 28 February 2021 are responsible for the entire registration.
Pre-Conference Masterclass registration is refundable less a $20 cancellation service charge until 15 January 2021. Those who registered for a Pre-Conference Masterclass and cancel after 15 January or who do not attend the masterclass are responsible for the entire masterclass registration fee.
A Winter Conference attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. The substitution request must be received by 3 p.m. on Thursday, 25 February.
