What you need to know about the Coronavirus for the 2020 BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition
BICSI is monitoring and following the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease and Control (CDC), along with advice provided by local health agencies, venues and airports. We are advised that no additional measures
are required at this time.
BICSI recommends attendees and exhibitors follow proper hygiene recommendations from the CDC and WHO. In addition, the Tampa Convention Center and BICSI show management will have hand sanitizer stations in locations throughout the venue
during the duration of the Conference & Exhibition.
Registration for the 2020 BICSI Winter Conference includes all conference materials; admittance to conference sessions (general and
concurrent), exhibitions and receptions; a continental breakfast and lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday; and admittance to the Annual Awards Banquet on Wednesday evening. The registration fee does not include
admittance to Training Classes or Pre-Conference Seminars.
Single-day Exhibit Hall Visitor Passes: Single-day Exhibit Hall Visitor passes for the evening exhibitions and receptions are also available for purchase on site at the Exhibit Hall Visitor Registration desk. A one-day
visitor pass is $100. Visitor Registration MUST be done on site at the Visitor Registration desk.
Each attendee may register an unlimited number of guests at $75 each. Guests of attendees may include a spouse, significant other, family member or friend NOT in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. Registered guests may attend
Exhibit Hall functions on Monday and Tuesday, as well as enjoy breakfast and activities in the Guest Hospitality Lounge. Guest registration does not include admittance to the Awards Banquet. Awards Banquet Admission tickets for guests
can be purchased at $100 per guest.
All attendees registering as a Senior (62+), BICSI Certified Installer/Technician, Active Military or Student (SIMS) must provide official documentation and/or I.D. prior to registering for the conference. To do so, you must contact BICSI Membership

Students: Full-time students must submit a photocopy of a student ID card and a copy of a current transcript or course schedule.
Active Military: Must be on active duty in any branch of the military services to qualify. Active Duty Military personnel must submit a copy of their DL or state ID AND a copy of active military orders OR Military Leave and Earnings Statement (LES).
Senior: Open to any attendee who is at least 62-years-old. I.D. is required.
IMPORTANT: RCDDs and RITPs may register in either the member, nonmember or SIMS categories and receive the corresponding registration rate. RCDDs and RITPs may only register under the SIMS category if they are also a senior citizen,
active military member or are currently enrolled as a student.

Weapons and items that appear to be weapons are not permitted in any BICSI Conference space, including the Exhibit Hall.
