Conference Registration Categories
Attendees
Registration for the 2012 BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition includes all conference materials, and admittance to conference sessions (general and concurrent) and exhibitions and receptions, as well as:

• Continental Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, September 18
• Continental Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, September 19
• Lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, September 19
• E³—Enhanced Education & Exhibits from Sunday-Tuesday, September 16-18

The registration fee does not include admittance to the BICSI courses being offered before or after the Fall Conference & Exhibition, exam fees or pre-conference seminars.

Guests
Guests of attendees may include a spouse, significant other, family member or friend NOT in the information technology systems industry. Registered guests may attend Exhibit Hall functions, as well as enjoy presentations and breakfast in the Guest Hospitality Lounge. Each attendee may register an unlimited number of guests at $50 each. Guests must wear their guest badge for admission into the Guest Hospitality Lounge and to the evening Exhibitions and Receptions.

Registration Policies
Conference registration is discounted for BICSI members, Installers and Technicians, students, military and seniors.

Registration is open at the Early Bird Rate through August 3. Registration at the Regular Rate will run August 4 through September 13. After September 13, online registration will be closed. Registration at the On-Site Rate will be available at the conference beginning September 16.

 

 
*Please note that RCDDs and RITPs do not qualify for the Installer/Technician or Student rates.

Registration Requirements
Students
All attendees registering at the Student Rate must include official documentation from either their high school or university/college registrar, dean or professor verifying current full-time student status. Please note that student identification cards WILL NOT be accepted.

Military
All attendees registering at an Active Military rate must be on active duty in any branch of the military services to qualify. Military I.D. is required.

Pre-conference Seminar Registration
The conference registration fee does not include admittance to the BICSI pre-conference educational seminars. Additional fees and CEC information are listed below. A full list of descriptions for each seminar can be found on the conference schedule. You may register for any of these seminars while registering for the conference.

Cancellations/Refunds
Prices listed in U.S. dollars.

If cancellation of your Fall Conference registration is necessary, you must send written notice (email or fax is acceptable) to BICSI. All cancellations must be received in writing on or before August 10, 2012, and are subject to a $99 cancellation fee. Confirmed Fall Conference registrants who do not attend or who cancel after August 10 are responsible for the entire registration fee. Transfer of registration fees to any future conference is not allowed.

A Fall Conference attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. The substitution request must be received by 3 p.m. on Monday, September 17.

Pre-Conference Seminar registration is refundable less a $20 cancellation service charge until August 10. Those who registered for a Pre-Conference Seminar and cancel after August 10 or who do not attend the seminar are responsible for the entire seminar registration fee. Substitutions may be made prior to the seminar.
