Cancellations/Refunds

If cancellation of your Spring Conference registration is necessary, you must send written notice (e-mail or fax is acceptable) to BICSI. All cancellations must be received in writing on or before March 21, 2008 and are subject to a $99 cancellation fee. Confirmed Spring Conference registrants who do not attend or who cancel after March 21, 2008 are responsible for the entire registration fee. As of January 1, 2007, we no longer allow transfer of registration fees to any future conferences.

A Spring Conference attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. The substitution request must be received by 3 p.m., on Monday, April 28, 2008.

Seminar registration is refundable less a $20 cancellation service charge until March 21, 2008. Those who registered for a seminar and cancel after March 21, 2008, or who do not attend the seminar are responsible for the entire seminar registration fee. Substitutions may be made prior to the seminar.
