2013-15 Board Election Results are In
The 2013-15 BICSI Board of Directors Election is complete. We applaud every member’s effort to participate in this most important BICSI event. In balloting that ended September 30, 2012, BICSI members elected five board members to serve two-year terms on the BICSI Board of Directors. The results are as follows:

Help Further Refine the Architecture of Copper Networks and Associated Applications for the Next Generation of Data Centers
With the 802.3 NGBASE-T study group starting discussions on reach targets for their new 40 G application, the TIA TR42 Telecommunications Cabling Systems Standards Committee has created a new survey to help refine earlier information captured on data center cabling lengths that may be utilized in support of applications over 10 Gb/s. Now focusing specifically on copper cable media, this anonymous and simple seven-question survey addresses the links and applications for planned and yet-to-be-built data centers. Please take a few moments to fill out the survey, found here, by November 15, 2012.
