How to Register
The Winter Conference registration fee includes admittance to all conference sessions, conference materials, evening exhibits and receptions, continental breakfasts, and the Wednesday region luncheons. The registration fee does not include admittance to BICSI Design or Installation courses offered before or after the Winter Conference, exam fees, pre-conference educational seminars, the golf tournament or guest tours.

1.	A check payable to BICSI (drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars) or credit card authorization for registration fees MUST be received with the form in order for you to be registered. For instructions on wiring funds, contact BICSI’s Accounting Department.
2.	Please print clearly. Your name and company will appear EXACTLY as you have indicated on the registration form.
3.	Please make copies for your files. You will receive confirmation of your registration.

If cancellation of your Winter Conference registration is necessary, you must send written notice (e-mail or fax acceptable) to BICSI. Cancellations made by December 29, 2006, will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $99. Confirmed Winter Conference registrants who do not attend or who cancel after December 29, 2006, are responsible for the entire registration fee. A Winter Conference attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. The substitution request must be received by 3 p.m. local time on Tuesday, January 23, 2007. A Winter Conference attendee has the option to transfer (one time) to another BICSI conference, held within a 12-month period, and a $59 transfer fee will apply. The transfer request must be provided in writing prior to Tuesday, January 23, 2007. No refunds will be given on a transferred registration.

Seminar registration is refundable less a $20 cancellation service charge until December 29, 2006. Those registered for a seminar who cancel after December 29, 2006, or who do not attend the seminar, are responsible for the entire seminar registration fee. Substitutions may be made prior to the seminar.

Exhibit Hall Visitor Badge Cancellations
If you preregister for a $35 Exhibit Hall visitor badge, there will be no refund if you cancel or do not attend. Attendee Registration and Information Desk The Winter Conference Attendee Registration and Information Desk will be located in the City Hall Lobby.

Exhibitor and Visitor Registration and Information Desk
The Winter Conference Exhibitor and Visitor Registration and Information Desk will be located in the Exhibit Hall D Lobby.

Spouse/Guest Registration
Guests of attendees may include a spouse, significant other, family member or friend NOT working in the information transport systems industry. Registered guests may attend evening exhibit hall functions. Each guest must wear their name badge to gain admission to evening exhibit hall functions.
