Cancellations/Refunds

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations/Refunds policy for conferences has been updated as of January 1, 2007.

If cancellation of your Winter Conference registration is necessary, you must send written notice (e-mail or fax acceptable) to BICSI. Cancellations made by December 29, 2006, will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $99. Confirmed Winter Conference registrants who do not attend or who cancel after December 29, 2006, are responsible for the entire registration fee.

A Winter Conference attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. The substitution request must be received by 3 p.m. local time on Tuesday, January 23, 2007.

UPDATED: As of January 1, 2007, transfers for BICSI conferences will no longer be accepted. For those who registered for the 2007 BICSI Winter conference before January 1, 2007, the following transfer policy will apply: A Winter Conference attendee has the option to transfer (one time) to another BICSI conference, held within a 12-month period, and a $59 transfer fee will apply. The transfer request must be provided in writing prior to Tuesday, January 23, 2007. No refunds will be given on a transferred registration.

Seminar registration is refundable less a $20 cancellation service charge until December 29, 2006. Those registered for a seminar who cancel after December 29, 2006, or who do not attend the seminar, are responsible for the entire seminar registration fee. Substitutions may be made prior to the seminar.

Exhibit Hall Visitor Badge Cancellations
If you preregister for a $35 exhibit hall visitor badge, there will be no refund if you cancel or do not attend.
